Send your email order to us with the information needed and we will send a PDF proof to you for approval within the hour*. You can email us outside of office hours and we will respond to your email the next working day before 9.30am. Send your order to us via email: info@sprintermemorials.co.uk
letting us know:-
– name, date of birth & date of passing, etc
– the product/design code of the item you require
– your preferred background colour (white or ivory)
– the quantity you require
– attach any photograph(s) to your email order as a jpeg (if photograph required)
– your contact telephone number (in case we need to contact you)*Orders must be received Monday-Friday between 9am-3pm for a proof within the hour.

Our in-house print facilities allow us to give a 24 hour turnaround. Laminated products may take longer (to be advised at time of order) ie. Bookmarks, Prayer Cards & Laminated Memorial Cards. If you are local to Liverpool and would like to place your order in person, you can call in to see us at either of our branches (see our contact us page for details).
We offer next day delivery throughout the UK from £7.95 – £14.95 (when approved before 12noon).

Once you have checked and approved your order for print, we require a full card payment via telephone or bank transfer, if you are local and collecting, you can pay on collection.

Yes, we would require the artwork as a high resolution PDF, with 3mm bleed on all edges. Please ensure the file is CMYK and nothing is too close to the edge as the bleed is trimmed off.

Yes, please email the verse over with the rest of your text when placing your order, if the verse is too long for the product ordered we will inform you via email and might only be able to use part of the verse/reading sent.

Yes, please email the full un-edited photo when placing your order (sending in as best a quality available), we prefer an un-cropped photos as when cropped yourself on your phone you can sometimes lose quality.
